Thailand blames Australia for Hakeem al-Araibi's detention

Jakarta: Thailand has blamed Australia for the detention of Hakeem al-Araibi, arguing it only detained the Melbourne-based refugee footballer after an Interpol Red Notice alert was issued by Canberra.
