The award caps a huge couple of months for Perry who scored a record 213 not out in the women's Ashes Test at North Sydney Oval, ultimately helping Australia retain the urn.
Fellow Ashes star Beth Mooney has been named T20 player of the year and emerging player of the year, less than 12 months after being named last summer's Women's Big Bash League's best player.
Mooney hit the winning runs for Australia in the first T20 win over England which ensured the home side retained the Ashes before blasting an unbeaten 117 in Canberra in the final match of the series.
