"Our pool is open in the warmer months, we have a sauna and change rooms with lockers and showers, providing gym and pool towels, soap and shampoo," Dee added.
"I'm here most of the time and take most of the personal training clients plus run some lunchtime groups. My training background is in powerlifting and HIIT, but I gear my sessions according to clients' needs.
"I'm also a weight management coach, supporting and educating on keto diets, low carb eating and intermittent fasting."
Marie, Mason, Jacinta and Justin are the other trainers at Glebe Park Fitness and are all well-liked, do a great job and bring their own areas of expertise.
"Justin takes some personal training here and is also a 'lifter'. His bootcamps make use of kettlebells, boxing and Zu," Dee said. "Marie and Mason also take bootcamp classes."
"We're very privileged to have exercise physiologist Jacinta on our team. In addition to her diabetes groups, she works with a wide range of health conditions both one on one and in group classes."
