The 15-year-old has been chosen on the wing and is the lone Raiders representative in the Blues side, which will be co-coached by former NSW players Dean Young and Ben Hornby.
Cotric emerged as a star of the future at last year's national schoolboys carnival in Canberra when he was the only ACT player picked in an Australian merit under-15 team.
Standing 185 centimetres and weighing 95 kilograms, Cotric's preferred position is at fullback. He has come through the ranks with the Valley Dragons. He was a standout for the Raiders in the Harold Matthews Cup (under-16) this year and set himself a goal of making the NSW under-16 side.
Cotric was last year named the player's player for the Raiders in the Harold Matthews Cup.
