Ferguson - who has been fined $5000 by the Raiders and ordered to do community work - used Twitter to address his bad behaviour.
''Would like to say sorry to all the raiders fans and rugby league fans in general that I have disappointed!'' Ferguson tweeted. ''Will be definitely making it up!!''
The Canberra Times revealed last week that security escorted Ferguson out of the VIP area at Foreshore last month.
It followed Ferguson's in-club suspension during the NRL season for another alcohol-related incident.
While the Raiders have punished Ferguson, they aren't considering banning their players from attending Foreshore-style festivals.
