Demant has all but claimed another AFL Canberra women's leading goalkicking award, having scored 38 goals with only one round remaining.
She'll look to add to that tally on Saturday, with Eastlake looking to consolidate their top-two spot against the Belconnen Magpies at Adero Law Nest.
It comes after the Eastlake veteran spent the majority of the 2019 season battling injuries. And after a delayed start to this year's competition, she says it's only made her hungrier to succeed.
"After spending most of last year injured, I am just happy to be out there playing footy this year," she said.
"Missing a lot of footy last year has just made me want to succeed more and winning games definitely helps that."

Demant is arguable one of the form players in the competition, but is not focused on earning an AFLW contract. It is something, however, she would not decline if an opportunity was there.
"Playing AFLW would be incredible but it's something you cannot be too focused on. At the moment it's all about playing good football here," Demant said.
"I would take the opportunity to play AFLW if it came and it would be very enticing travelling elsewhere to play, but for now the Demons is where I am at."
The winner of Eastlake and Belconnen's clash will secure a spot in the league's top two, with both teams sitting on six victories.
The Ainslie Tricolours will look to consolidate their place inside the top four when they host the winless Gungahlin Jets at Alan Ray Oval, while the Queanbeyan Tigers look to keep their perfect season intact when they meet Tuggeranong Valley.
