ACT Policing are asking for public assistance to identify five men who may have information about the assault of a 20-year-old man in Canberra City.

The assault occurred about 5.00am August 8, outside a convenience store at the London Circuit end of Petrie Plaza.
The 20-year-old man was hospitalised after the incident, and police have released CCTV footage to identify the people and work out the full timeline of events that morning.
The footage shows two men pulling a third man off the ground, as well as a group of men talking on the street.
Anyone who can identify any of the people highlighted in the CCTV footage is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Please quote reference 6871946.
Information can be provided anonymously and police also want to speak to anyone who witnessed the assault who has not yet spoken to them about it.
