The state has 84 per cent of its population aged over 12 years fully vaccinated.
There are 471 patients in hospital with COVID-19, with 84 in ICU and 46 ventilated.
There are 15,031 active COVID cases in Victoria.
There were 71,601 tests done in the past 24 hours and 10,778 vaccines administered at state run clinics.
There have now been 4,726,227 vaccine doses given in total at state-run clinics.

When the state hits its 90 per cent full vaccination, forecast for about November 24, almost all restrictions will be scrapped for the double-dosed.
But Premier Daniel Andrews has reiterated the unvaccinated will remain locked out of most venues indefinitely.
"We're very clear that the vaccinated economy is here to stay," he told reporters.
He has indicated the rollout of boosters, which formally began on Monday for those who had their second jab at least six months ago, may play a role in determining when freedoms will be restored for unvaccinated people.
