The state is now at 85 per cent of the population aged 12 years and over fully vaccinated, with 10,358 vaccine doses administered at state-run clinics yesterday.
State-run clinics have now administered 4,737,369 vaccine doses.
There are 457 patients in hospital with COVID-19, while 79 are in ICU and 48 are ventilated.
Yesterday, 67,105 tests were conducted which was down on the 71,601 tests on the day prior.
There are now 15,675 active COVID-19 cases across Victoria.

A crucial step has been taken towards approving a COVID-19 vaccine for children aged six to 12.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration has granted a "provisional determination" to Moderna Australia in relation to its COVID-19 vaccine, SPIKEVAX.
It means Moderna can apply to vary the provisional approval of its vaccine for use in children aged under 12.
Currently, SPIKEVAX is provisionally approved for use in people aged 12 years or older.
