Russian troops are repositioning: Pentagon

Russian forces bombarded the outskirts of Kyiv and Chernihiv after promising to curtail operations.

Russia has started to reposition under 20 per cent of the forces arrayed around Ukraine's capital Kyiv, the Pentagon says, but cautions Russia is expected to refit and resupply them for redeployment into Ukraine, and not bring the forces home.
