The vicious scuffle broke out between two shoppers and two store attendants, police said in a statement.
The brawl erupted around 5.30pm on February 13 in Parramatta's Westfield shopping centre in NSW after the shoplifter was instructed to return the stolen wig by shopkeepers, who saw the alleged theft from their store nearby.
"One of the shopkeepers suffered minor injuries; however, [and] did not require treatment," NSW police said in a statement.
Footage of the incident shows a man in a high-vis shirt pulling one alleged thief out of the store by her legs before the shops shutters were closed.
