The role, filling in for ABC Radio morning host Sarah MacDonald, was intended to run for a week.
But an ABC spokesperson said on December 20 that "ABC Sydney casual presenter Antoinette Lattouf will not be back on air for her remaining two shifts this week".
Ms Lattouf has responded saying "I am very disappointed by the ABC's decision".
"I believe I was terminated unlawfully," she posted to Instagram on December 20.
"This is not a win for journalism or critical, fair thinking."
"I'm currently considering my legal options," she said.
This comes as Ms Lattouf received pushback over her reporting of a video, posted by the Australian Jewish Association, allegedly showing Palestinian protestors chanting an anti-Semitic slogan.
Ms Lattouf has been contacted for comment but had not responded by time of publication.
