The iconic musician was spotted celebrating Christmas with his family in photos posted to social media by sons Rob and James, just months after being declared cancer-free.
He was spotted at the head of the table cuddling up to his wife of five decades, Jill.
Farnham shocked fans in August 2022 when he underwent urgent surgery after being diagnosed with oral cancer, including a massive jaw reconstruction.
He was declared cancer-free a year later.
Supporters, musicians and fans were quick to flood the comments of the social media posts with well-wishes for the whole family.
"So lovely to see you all together for Xmas," one fan posted
"John and Jill down the end."
Others thanked the pair for the Christmas gift, telling the family seeing the Farnham family patriarch in good health had "made their day".
"Thank-you you for sharing your family on this beautiful photo of the family and especially Dad, it brought me and so many more fans much joy," she wrote.
In March 2023, Farnham was hospitalised with a respiratory infection.
"He's always been a strong and determined person with everything he's ever done and we are all so very proud of him," his wife Jill said in a statement following her husband's hospitalisation.
"He is responding well to the specialist care he's receiving."
