Viral footage showed workers and passengers holding a man down after an alleged disturbance on a flight from Bali to Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport.
The service had arrived in the early hours of Sunday, December 31 after an overnight flight.
Footage of the incident showed a man screaming incoherently before yelling "if you don't get away from me, I will f**k you."
The man then lunges toward a flight attendant, grabbing her by the arm.
He can be heard saying "no listen baby, give me a kiss".
The rowdy passenger was then shooed into his seat by another flight attendant who came to the woman's rescue.
It was later revealed passengers and members of the crew brought the man to the ground in the aisle, holding him there until the plane landed.
An Australian Federal Police spokesperson confirmed officers boarded the flight after reports of a 'disturbance' and questioned a 28-year-old Victorian man.
The passenger was taken for a medical assessment, and the incident is under investigation.
"No charges have been laid at this stage," a spokesperson confirmed.
