They may not have found their forever homes yet, but Santa didn't forget the animals at the RSPCA ACT on Christmas Day.

The Weston Creek facility was closed to the public on Friday, but there was still lots of activity as staff fed the animals and volunteers took the dogs for walks in the morning.
A wishing tree in the RSPCA ACT's foyer of the Weston office has been collecting donations since the beginning of December to make sure every animal got a treat, and Sarah McIntosh from the RSPCA ACT said the tree was packed.
"[People have] been donating toys and a whole range of treats for cats, dogs, rabbits for all the animals in our care," she said.
Ms McIntosh said the huge stack of toys and treats meant animals got to unwrap presents and have fun on Christmas Day.
As well as the wishing tree community groups have been collecting the donations, including Mollie the wine dog from Murrumbateman Winery, who hosted a special fundraising day out at the vineyard.
McIntosh said the response had been overwhelming, and the treats and toys will be the gift that keeps on giving.
"We got a large bundle through – they're probably going to last us throughout the year all the gifts that we got so it's not just for Christmas. It's going to be a continuing gift which is really lovely," she said.
