After finding the courage to share her complaint on the Central Lounge Bar Facebook page, Aidan Hill said she felt ridiculed when she learnt Mr Broadway had joked about her appearance online.

“When a girl accuses one of my bartenders of spiking her drink,” Mr Broadway wrote on his Facebook page.

“Sweetheart, have you seen how hot the girls are that visit Central?

"Why would he waste some good drugs on you?”

In another statement, Mr Broadway wrote he believed the post was private and had deleted it when he realised it was public but said "it was too late".

Ms Hill said instead of Mr Broadway playing the blame game, he should own up to his mistakes.

"It’s not my fault he wrote he posted what he did...at the end of the day, it’s his own fault," she said.

"I'm being blamed for ruining his reputation and for the negative reviews on his bar's Facebook page.

"I've been bullied and harrassed and attacked by all of his friends because of this.

"My review may have triggered him to do that but he did this to himself."

Ms Hill said despite the "digusting post" written about her, she was demanding Mr Broadway to apologise to sexual violence victims instead of herself.

"He never said sorry on my review or expressed that he was going to investigate and he still hasn't said sorry after he posted about me either," she said.

"But it's not just about me anymore, his comments were a disservice to victims who have had horrible things done to them.

"He told the world on social media that he doesn't take these allegations seriously.

"You'd think as a business owner, you'd want to do what you can to get to the bottom of a complaint."

Remi Broadway declined to comment but had posted several statements on Facebook following his initial post to defend himself, claiming he and his staff were being bullied.

"...For those who don't (know me) - while I believe in freedom of speech I would never joke about rape," he wrote.

"I was joking about false drug allegations.

"I was also making a point of how hot girls are at Central!"

Mr Broadway wrote that he was "torn between a desire to apologise, and a fundamental belief in not giving in to bullies".

"Me Too Bullies, harrass me all you want - I can take it," he said.

"But please leave my staff (and the business they work so hard for) alone."

Several supporters for both Mr Broadway and Ms Hill took to social media to comment the Central Lounge Bar on Facebook, sparking a rating war frenzy online.

Angelica Verin was surprised at Mr Broadway's actions.

"Don’t know how anyone can feel safe going here after seeing how the owner (and his staff) respond to a customer who says she’s been spiked," she wrote.

"Makes me sick to my stomach ... Even if the allegations were false, it's just plain unprofessional.

"Even now, instead of taking responsibility for saying something so damn stupid, the owner is literally complaining and saying people are starting a bullying campaign against him..... Is he for real."

Meanwhile, past patrons and friends of Mr Broadway came to his defence with comments and leaving high ratings.

"He made a mistake we all know that, he is aware of that he is human & he has apologised to her for what he said however she won’t mention that," Ellie Bellamy wrote.

"This has gone too far.

"No one deserves to get death threats and feel like they can’t even go out to their own bar.

"All I was doing was making a genuine review on my opinion of the venue and staff members..."
