It's lucky Ruaidhri Murphy likes to be busy, because he won't have time to do much in between running a cafe, being a new dad and taking on a new ACT Brumbies coaching role.

The former Brumbies and Ulster prop has started as one of the ACT's scrum gurus for the Super Rugby season, working with Dan Palmer to make the pack one of the strongest in the competition.
Irish-born Murphy was playing for the Brumbies not that long ago. In fact, he partnered with Palmer in the front-row rotation when they played together for two seasons in 2012 and 2013.
But Murphy retired when he broke his finger in Ireland and complications left him with a "dead finger", prompting him to return to Canberra and he has now linked with the Brumbies.
Palmer's study commitments will limit his input at the Brumbies this year, and coach Dan McKellar had no hesitation adding Murphy to his staff.
"My big ambition is to someday be a full-time coach. But at the moment, owning a small business and everything else will serve me well, and gives me a break away from footy," Murphy said.
"In terms of coaching, I took a job to do the Brumbies under-20s to start with and it was a way for me to stay connected ... then I started to like it and it kept going.
"I did Gungahlin Eagles Colts and first grade, NRC [with the Canberra Vikings], the junior Wallabies and now this. It's very different because you're emotional, but you've got no control because you're not on the field.
"I loved playing and training, but the rewards from match day were painful sometimes. The balance of a coach is very different, but I enjoy the same hard work and preparation and I can handle the game day better."
The Brumbies started pre-season training this week and lock Rory Arnold made an earlier-than-expected return from the Wallabies spring tour after fracturing his eye socket.
Arnold missed the Wallabies' clash against Italy because of the injury, but he isn't expected to miss any Super Rugby games.
Murphy, 31, is the new edge to the Brumbies coach staff, which has returning quartet McKellar, Palmer, Peter Hewat and Laurie Fisher. Defence coach Peter Ryan left at the end of last season.
Murphy retired at the end of 2015 when his finger injury limited his movement and meant he couldn't use it to grip during scrums.
So instead of packing down in Super Rugby again, Murphy will be helping Wallabies front-rowers Scott Sio, Allan Alaalatoa, Folau Faingaa and James Slipper to anchor the Brumbies set piece.
Veteran Wallaby Slipper has moved to Canberra for a career second chance after leaving Queensland, while Sio and Alaalatoa are on the spring tour.
But Murphy also has his eyes on ushering in the next generation to create a pathway, keen to help Tom Ross and Angus Wagner take the steps in their careers.
"It's all very different challenges now. There are some great players [in the squad], but speaking to Dan McKellar my biggest challenge is what we can do for Angus or Tom to make sure they develop," Murphy said.
"Setting up Scotty and Allan is about clearing up things and showing them pictures for the weekend. But there's a lot of development in that next group, and a big part of my role is about that conveyor belt [of front-rowers]."
