Barr's election pledge on Manuka Oval master plan shelved until at least 2019

The Barr government has quietly shelved a 2016 election pledge for a new community-driven master plan for the Manuka Oval precinct until at least the start of next year, as concerns grow about a potential major development next to the oval.
