Australia has flagged possible changes for Thursday night's ICC women's World Cup clash against Sri Lanka in Bristol, despite the tournament favourites' dominant eight-wicket win over the West Indies that kicked off their title defence.

Sri Lanka is the lowest ranked team at this year's World Cup in England and were soundly beaten by New Zealand in their tournament opener, so the match could provide coach Matthew Mott with an opportunity to tinker with his in-form side.
But Mott will be wary of Thursday's lowly opponents: Sri Lanka downed England in one of the great World Cup shocks of all time four years ago and he is desperate to secure a second win ahead of Sunday's blockbuster with New Zealand.
Australia, who arrived in Bristol on Tuesday, won't settle on a starting XI for Sri Lanka until later on Thursday. They favoured a spin heavy attack in Taunton on Monday, and one option could be to replace all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner, who was listed to bat at number nine, with the pace of Sarah Aley or Belinda Vakarewa.
"It's going to be difficult to change a winning side but we'll have to look at the conditions and the opposition as well and pick the best team that we can," captain Meg Lanning said.
"Our spinners have been very successful over the past couple of years. We're not too fussed about playing an extra spinner over a seamer but we are going to pick the team on the conditions and the opposition and what we think's going to work better.
"It could change, it could stay the same. The good thing is our squad has got such great depth that we could bring anyone in and they'd play a role.
"I thought [Gardner] bowled quite well. It's tough to get a gig in our batting line up. It just shows how strong it is that she's batting down there at nine.
"She's going to come in and hit a few around for us I'm sure, she's very capable with the bat. Her bowling's been very good so far and we're looking forward to her developing throughout the tournament and she'll be a big player for Australia in the future."
Lanning's team sent an ominous warning to the other seven World Cup teams as they cruised to victory against the West Indies, thanks to a 171-run opening stand between Nicole Bolton and Beth Mooney.
Bolton finished unbeaten on 107, her third ton in 31 games at ODI level.
Mooney, meanwhile, potentially cemented herself as Bolton's opening partner for the rest of the tournament, finishing with 70 runs.
Her last six innings at ODI level have produced a ton, and four half centuries.
"It's just great to see Moons in the past couple of series that she's played," Bolton said. "Particularly in New Zealand she came away I think with a hundred and a couple of 50s.
"It's something that's been building for a while to be honest. She's dominated domestically for a number of years, now so she's a ready-made player. It's just a matter of getting that opportunity.
"She's just really taken it and run with it. She's just a calming influence, someone I really enjoy batting with, good energy, loves to get up and down the wicket.
"It's been a pleasure to be able to bat with her. She was disappointed that she wasn't there at the end to finish the job with me. That would've been the icing on the cake really."
Australia is chasing a record seventh women's World Cup title in England, which will be decided in the final at Lord's on July 23.
They're also aiming to be the first side since the 1988 Australian team to win the tournament back-to-back.
"I'm just so excited to be here," Bolton said. "I was saying to Mooney out in the middle, I felt like I was in a dream like it wasn't happening.
"We were just having so much fun. Here we are first game, World Cup and you're playing for your country.
"There's not too many other things that are better than that. To be able to go out there and get the job done ... it's really exciting."
