The Premier, along with a handpicked group of Perth's high-flyers flocked to Burswood's new pool deck Liquid, which is the $20 million jewel in the crown of the soon-to-be-renamed-Crown establishment.
Daryl Braithwaite and Natalie Bassingthwaighte were flown in especially to provide the musical score for the ritzy fashion parade presented by Aurelio Costarella.
Bikini-clad models in pearls and boys in boy-legs by local swimwear label DHUFISH splashed in the pool as the 200 VVIPS took a tour of six cabanas inside The Enclave.
Each cabana comes complete with private pool access, wide screen TVs and a personal butler service that will set hotel guests back $250 for a weekend's hire and can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
There are plans to open up the exclusive nook to the public in the coming months, possibly around the time the entertainment complex's newest posh noshery Bistro Guillaume opens mid-year.
SPOTTED: Broadcaster Basil Zempilas and wife Amy, Telethon General Manager Steve Mummery, Fremantle Docker's chairman Rick Hart, Channel Nine's Angela Tsun and her partner Western Force wing Patrick Dellit.
SIPPED: Moët & Chandon on ice and mojitos
SNACKED ON: Natural oysters, spiced calamari and coconut king prawns
SO GOOD: Liquid is Perth's own slice of Miami – private cabanas, butlers, water slides, sunken sun beds in the shallow end and the opulent ISIKA day spa.
SO NOT: The exclusive party by the pool finished at 8pm.
