It's not exactly new but with LEGO Masters all the rage, it's worth appreciating, again, Brick Man's sheer brilliance.

Ryan "The Brickman" McNaught in 2018 used more than 150,000 bricks to created Parliament House in LEGO, for the 30thth anniversary of the building's opening. The project took 750 hours to complete.
"We included as many features of the real building as possible, from the ornate Senate and House of Representatives Entrances and Chamber Roofs, solar panels, beehives, the huge glass pyramid beneath the floating flag pole and the huge Aboriginal art mosaic in the Grand Forecourt," the star of LEGO Masters wrote on his blog.
The LEGO Parliament House is one of the free attractions at Parliament House these school holidays. It's on Level 1, in the Queen's Terrace Gallery. (And just quietly, you could interpret an interesting tete-a-tete in one of the offices as a nod to one of last year's most controversial political couplings. See if you can spot it. But don't tell the kids!) We also love the little LEGO people rolling down the LEGO grass, back in pre-fence times.
This holidays, there will also be free movies in the Parliament House Theatre on July 9 and July 16 including Red Dog, Oddball and Red Dog: True Blue, 10am and 2pm sessions.
A doll and animal making workshop with Kalkadoon woman Veronica Jordan will be held on July 20. Cost is $22. Bookings at aph.gov.au/winter
