Many of the items were believed to have been taken from construction sites in Denman Prospect and Coombs over recent weeks.
There were whitegoods and bathroom equipment, some in their original packaging, including a fridge, bath tub, basins and tiles, along with toilet paper.
More than a dozen bikes were also seized by police including an electronic bike worth $8000 that had been reported stolen from Weston earlier in March, and another bike worth $6400.
An ACT police spokesman said the goods were enough to fill two police evidence trucks.
Other items included tools, construction equipment, speakers, electrical goods and sporting memorabilia.
After the items were seized from the Kambah property on Friday, police arrested a 32-year-old man who they said was in custody on unrelated matters.
The additional charges were expected to be laid when he next appeared before court.
Police say investigations are continuing and they expect to lay charges against other people. Five victims have been identified, relating to more than $50,000 of the items stolen.
