The 47-year-old Berrambool man was arrested at his home north of Merimbula about 3.30pm on Thursday following a search of his house by NSW police.
The search warrant came after an investigation was set up by police in January looking into drug supply in the Bega Valley area.
During the search, the man was allegedly found with methylamphetamine - also known as the drug ice - and cash.
A further search of the home revealed cannabis, magic mushrooms, 22.5 grams of methylampethmaine and prescription medicine.
A mace and whip, suspected of being stolen, were also seized by police.
The items will undergo forensic examination.
The 47-year-old was taken to Merimbula police station where he was charged with supplying a commercial quantity of prohibited drugs, weapon possession and dealing with the proceeds of crime.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear before Bega Local Court on June 29.
Further charges are expected to be laid.
