But senior matches between the Tuggeranong Vikings and Canberra Royals will be played on Saturday after officials moved the games to the privately-owned Viking Park.
The clash between the two southside rivals was initially scheduled to be played at Phillip Oval, but officials moved the games on Thursday night in the hope of playing on.
The Queanbeyan Whites were scheduled to host the Wests Lions on the club's old boys day at Campese Field in Queanbeyan.

The Gungahlin Eagles were also poised to celebrate the club's heritage round against Uni-Norths Owls at Nicholls Enclosed Oval.
Both matches could be shifted to July 17, which was initially scheduled as a competition-wide bye.
ACT rugby officials added a handful of competition-wide byes into the fixture this season as a measure to combat any potential COVID-19 restrictions which may have forced matches to be postponed.
The decision looks to have paid off - not due to coronavirus concerns but wet weather, giving officials a chance to make up for the postponed round nine matches with relative ease.
The condition of sportsgrounds controlled by the ACT government and Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council will be assessed on Monday morning.
Officials will then make a decision on whether they are re-opened for training and match play for the week ahead.
