The Canberra cyclist's riding in the Ladies Tour of Norway, which started on Thursday, and has completed the opening two stages of the four-day race.
It's been a long road back for the Trek-Segafredo sprinter, who last raced at Gent-Wevelgem on March 28 before she was struck down by the COVID-19 virus.
Then she had a heart condition known as pericarditis, but has been passed fit and has returned to the peloton.
The Ladies Tour of Norway's a race Hosking's won at in the past, saluting in stage two of the 2017 edition of the race.
It was a memorable win for the Canberran after a bridge opened, forcing the peloton to stop.
Hosking then sprinted to victory five kilometres later, once the race resumed.
This time it's more about easing her way back into the action, finishing 75th and 66th on the opening two stages respectively.
"Don't expect me to be on top, but I'm happy just to be back," Hosking said in the lead-up to her return.
"I have some good memories from this race and my body is finally working again."
