World shares mixed on growth worries

South Korea's Kospi was 0.25 per cent higher after the central bank raised rates as expected.

World shares were mixed on Thursday on persistent concerns over slowing economic growth and after the latest US Federal Reserve minutes confirmed its intent to tighten monetary policy quickly.
