Zelenskiy urges action in UN address

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy wants a UN tribunal to investigate the Russian military's actions.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has accused Russia of being a "terrorist state" at the United Nations, prompting Russia to charge that he was using a Security Council address as a "remote PR campaign" to solicit more Western weapons.
