She is one of the 13 lucky people to come away with a division one winning entry with each person pocketing an incredible $2,307,692.31.
The woman discovered her win during her New Year's Eve breakfast coffee after receiving a call from an official at The Lott.
"Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh golly!" she told the staff member.
"I was just having a morning cuppa out in the sun.
"This is the perfect Christmas present."
The woman said she was glad there were 13 winners sharing the prize otherwise, "I'd have a heart attack".
In the call with the official she said she was surprised she had not burst into tears or screamed, before adding, "I'll do that after the call!"
"I'm not sure exactly what I'll do with the prize just yet, but this will just be such a massive boost heading into 2024."
Nowra Lotto winner still thinks he is being 'punked'
A last-minute decision to buy a ticket has changed the lives of a Nowra couple who share the division one win.
"This was an impulse buy 20 minutes before the draw's close," the winning man said.
"I don't play often. We just saw there was a big draw, so we thought we'd get a ticket. It's complete potluck."
Checking the ticket on Sunday morning brought a response of "Holy craperoly!"
"I was triple and quadruple-checking the ticket," he said.
"I still think I'm being punked.
"My wife was in the shower and I ran to her and told her to get out. She thought something was wrong."
The man said the win was "a life-changing amount of money for our kids and the family around us.
"We'll be mortgage-free and be able to support others."
One of the winners was a syndicate of 64 players, with entries to the syndicate sold at 36 different Lotteries outlets across the state.
