A Lyneham man entered a family home in Scullin before he got into bed with a woman, put his hand up her shirt and touched her breast, court documents allege.

Brandon Ashley Edgerton, 19, had played cricket for a local club on October 13 before going for drinks at the Belconnen Raiders Club.
Early the next morning he left the club and walked to Scullin, and police will allege he entered the family home about 3.30am.
At the time, the woman was sleeping in the main bedroom while the man was sleeping in the child’s bedroom because the child was stirring through the night.
The woman allegedly heard the curtain moving and the floorboard creak as Mr Edgerton moved towards the bedroom.
She felt him get into bed and under the covers and believed it was her husband.
Mr Edgerton allegedly moved his hand under her shirt and touched the woman’s breast. She did not feel right, the documents say, and moved forward to turn on a light.
She turned around to allegedly see Mr Edgerton, who she did not know, in the bed with no shirt on.
“I must be really drunk, I didn’t realise this wasn’t my house,” he allegedly told her.
The woman later told police she did not believe the man to be as drunk as he claimed, because she could not smell any alcohol and did not observe his speech to be slurred.
The husband came into the room and yelled at Mr Edgerton to get out, the documents allege.
Mr Edgerton allegedly continued to apologise and tried to shake the husband's hand, and said he did not know where he was and claimed to be drunk.
Police will allege the man's DNA matches that found on a jacket left in the bedroom, a jacket that resembles the one worn by Mr Edgerton at the Raiders Club the night before.
The documents also allege that the couple completed face identification procedures with a forensic artist and produced two images of the alleged offender that resemble Mr Edgerton's appearance.
Prosecutors opposed the man's release on the basis of a risk he would reoffend.
The court also heard the man was accused of another serious offence, and so to be released on bail had to show special or exceptional circumstances.
But Magistrate Glenn Theakston found there were no special or exceptional circumstances in the man's case, and remanded Mr Edgerton in custody.
He has not entered pleas to charges of burglary and act of indecency.
The case was listed to return to court on November 20.
