Another top Canberra Hospital executive has quit capping off 12 months of high level churn in the department.

The resignation of Canberra Health Services' chief operating officer Chris Bone was announced on Friday in a staff-wide email.
He was previously deputy director general of clinical services at ACT Health before a restructure.
The announcement came at the end of an email detailing a number of new executive appointments within Canberra Health Services, which oversees Canberra Hospital.
CEO Bernadette McDonald told staff Mr Bone's last day on the job would be April 18.
"Chris in his role as executive director general, Canberra Health Services and previously ACT Health has provided leadership and stability to the clinical executive team over the past three years," she said.
"A farewell will be organised in the coming weeks to say thank you to Chris for his dedication to Canberra Health Services."
Mr Bone was one of a number of ACT Health staff members subject to public interest disclosures made by Canberra Hospital doctors last year.
It was alleged he failed to deal with the disclosures in line with legislation, a claim that is being investigated.
It is not suggested Mr Bone's resignation is linked to the public interest disclosures.
Former executive director women, youth and children Liz Chatham will be acting in Mr Bone's role while recruitment is underway.
"I would like to conclude by thanking you all for your continued patience and understanding while we continue to take steps to settle our executive structure," Ms McDonald said.
"I am excited about the future and look forward to working closely with my new team of executives."
The past year has seen upheaval among the top ranks of ACT Health's executive team, which began with director general Nicole Feely departing in March last year.
In September the CEO designate of Canberra Health Services, Janet Anderson, pulled out of the role just days after she was appointed.
Eventually, Victorian health bureaucrat Bernadette McDonald was announced as the interim chief executive and given the role permanently in December.
Chief medical officer Dr Jeffrey Fletcher resigned in October telling colleagues he was looking for jobs outside of Canberra.
The director of medical imaging at Canberra Hospital, Mark Duggan, resigned in late December citing personal reasons.
And just last month long serving chief health officer Dr Paul Kelly announced he was joining the federal health department.
The resignations came during a tumultuous 12 months for ACT's public health system, which has come under intense scrutiny over its workplace culture.
An interim report found there were significantly poorer outcomes than comparable data in NSW in a staff wide survey.
The review found troubling practices of bullying and harassment, an inability to make timely decisions, poor leadership and inappropriate recruitment practices.
There is no suggestion any resignation is linked to the review.
When asked about the recent churn of executive staff in ACT Health, a spokeswoman said Ms McDonald had been focused on creating permanent roles.
"Until recently, a large proportion of executive director roles within Canberra Health Services had been filled through temporary acting arrangements," the spokeswoman said.
"[Canberra Health Services] CEO Bernadette McDonald has made it a priority since joining the organisation to appoint people permanently to these roles.
"This process has resulted in some changes to the ... executive.
"We are developing a high-performing executive leadership team with a clear vision and building trust in our leadership team."
