The Crime and Corruption Commission issued a Notice to Appear in Court on Friday following investigations as part of Operation Stockade.
It is expected the Toowong man will appear at the Brisbane Magistrates Court on December 21.
Investigations are continuing.
The CCC launched Operation Stockade to focus "on individuals who have allegedly facilitated and supported serious and organised crime".
"The fact some of these allegations relate to individuals involved in the legal profession is concerning,” commission chairman Alan MacSporran, QC, said in October in the wake of earlier arrests stemming from an 18-month investigation into the activities of a Brisbane-based law firm.
