The 46-year-old man was charged with two counts of sexual assault and was due to appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on April 16.
Police have appealed for anyone aware of similar incidents in the Idalia, Rosslea, Hermit Park or Kirwan areas to contact Policelink on 13 14 44 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
