A man has been charged with murder after a fight broke out between another man who was fatally stabbed in his shoulder and chest in central Queensland.

Police said they were called to Norville Park in Bundaberg on Saturday at 9pm following reports of a quarrel between two men.
One of the men, a 38-year-old Bundaberg North man, received stab wounds to his shoulder and chest during the fight before collapsing on a park bench.
He was found at the scene.
Police took a man into custody a short time later at a Bundaberg address.
A 29-year-old Bundaberg man has been charged with one count of murder.
He will appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Monday.
Police are appealing to anyone that may have been in the area at the time or has any information which may assist the investigation to contact them.
