Queensland Police arrested the 22-year-old Main Beach man on Thursday afternoon, July 19, charging him with breaching conditional bail and one count of habitual consorting.
He was due to appear in Southport Watchhouse on Friday morning.
Police alleged the man had been consorting with several members of the Bandidos gang.
Organised Crime Gangs Group Detective Inspector Stephen Blanchfield said the charge was one of many police expected to make in the near future as part of efforts to combat outlaw motorcycle group activities in the community.
