Asylum seekers in Indonesia say possible medical transfer change won't encourage them

Jakarta: Asylum seekers based in Indonesia say they will not attempt to come to Australia by boat, despite warnings from the Morrison government that any change to the rules governing medical evacuations from Nauru could restart the flow of vessels.
