The high-profile Brisbane lawyer accused of ripping off Legal Aid has been charged with breaching his bail conditions for a second time.

Adam Raydon Magill, 47, had been granted bail on fraud and money laundering charges after an 18-month investigation into a Brisbane-based law firm.
Mr Magill is one of six men – including three other lawyers – who are accused of defrauding Legal Aid Queensland of up to $340,000.
The Crime and Corruption Commission issued a notice to appear to Mr Magill on Friday for the alleged breach, but did not detail the accusations.
"As this matter and previous charges are before the court, it is not appropriate for the CCC to comment further," it said in a statement.
Mr Magill allegedly broke bail conditions last year when he contacted barrister Alastair McDougall.
He was set to appear again in Brisbane Magistrates Court on 22 March.
