Drug deaths won't stop pill testing trials: Barr

ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr says the territory government will continue to pilot pill testing even if there is a drug overdose death at the upcoming Groovin the Moo festival, as one of the service's staunchest opponents accepted an invitation to observe the trial.
