The fire caused an estimated $100,000 worth of damage to the single-storey townhouse in Holt.

Two pumpers and two crews from ACT Fire and Rescue attended the fire, which caused significant damage to the home.
It it unknown if anybody was home at the time, but no injuries were recorded.
