Documents previously tendered in the ACT Magistrates Court alleged the pair argued after their relationship broke down when Haddara drove to a dirt track near Ginninderra Falls, pulled out a gun and said: "Shoot me or I'll shoot you."
His ex-girlfriend, fearing for her safety, eventually calmed Haddara down and he put the gun away before they drove to her home.
A couple of days later, it's alleged the pair had sex before they argued again over a text message she received about her ex-boyfriend.
Haddara allegedly slapped her on the side of the head before he hurled her belongings onto the footpath outside his apartment.
She went outside and when she returned, Haddara was allegedly standing in front of her with a gun in his hand. Court documents said he then asked her to mimic oral sex on the gun.
Shortly after, it's alleged Haddara held the gun as he told the woman to perform oral sex on him.
He later put the gun down nearby and told her to have sex with him.
When she said she didn't want to, he's alleged to have replied: "If it's not me it will be the gun."
The pair later showered together and he said he loved her.
She later left the apartment and reported the incidents to police, telling them she was scared to leave the apartment or not comply with his demands in case he hurt her.
Police searched Haddara's apartment and seized a metal handgun stuffed between lounge cushions.
Court documents said the gun had a magazine fitted, but no ammunition. It also had a piece of metal welded into the barrel that meant it could not be fired.
Haddara, a gym worker, said he found it in an unlocked car and used it to "sort stuff out".
He told police the couple's relationship was good. He said he'd never told her the gun was a replica and denied he ever used it to force her to have sex with him.
Haddara appeared briefly in court again on Tuesday, when he was charged with a string of separate offences allegedly committed over several months from last August.
Those charges included possessing child pornography, carrying a firearm, unlawfully using an offensive weapon, property damage, assault causing actual bodily harm and sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old.
Haddara pleaded not guilty to each offence. He has pleaded guilty to two firearms offences also before the court.
He waved to supporters in the court's public gallery as he was remanded in custody. The case returns to the domestic violence list on June 6.
