Mr Williams was reported missing on January 7 and police said they held concerns for the 52-year-old's welfare.

He was last seen by a family member in Oxley on Tuesday November 1 2016 but there was another sighting of him by a member of the public in Civic later that month.
Paul was described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 170cm (5'7") tall, of medium build with brown hair
Police thanked the public and the media for their help tracking Mr Williams down.
