The 36-year-old was last seen at the Royal Mail Hotel in Braidwood NSW at about 3.00am on Sunday 1 January 2017. He may be travelling towards the South Coast.

Joel is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm (5'11") tall, medium build, short brown hair, blue eyes and a tanned complexion.
Police said he may be driving a 1999 silver Honda Integra, bearing ACT registration number YLD36V.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen him or has any information about his whereabouts to contact police on 131 444. When providing information, please quote reference number 6057428.
