"She reports: He resides nearby my parents place and has done for a few years now..
Recently he has been frequently grabbing a drink from our bird bath.
As I live in Sydney my dad woke me up at 6am to witness this funny event..
He can stand there for 30 mins or more. He will wash his face and groom himself nicely to impress his Queen who Dad has dubbed "Walleene".
"This year is the first time we have seen her. She had a joey and the the joey jumped out of Walleene's pouch and ran around and played and explored like a puppy.
"It was lovely to see Wally enjoying a drink this morning. I wanted to share it."
And we're glad she did.
