Braddon bar Hopscotch forced to secure gambling licence for Tranny Bingo

The Hopscotch bar in Braddon has been forced to apply for a licence to run its transvestite-led 'Tranny Bingo' performance after advice from the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission that charging an entry fee and handing out prizes constitutes gambling.
