Candlelit vigil for lives lost in Colombo
Members of the Sri Lankan community in Canberra held a candlelit vigil outside the country's High Commission to mourn the dead in Sunday's terrorist bombings.
They gathered and laid flowers in the rain alongside messages of peace.

Feds put huge Barton site on the market
A vacant block in Barton - a habitat for threatened flora and fauna - has been put up for sale by the federal government.

The 2019 National Folk Festival, which wrapped up Monday, came as close as possible to its signature motto, with hundreds of people "finding their folk" under brilliant Canberra autumn skies.

Drink driving over Easter 'disappointing'
The police described the Easter weekend arrest of people for allegedly drinking and driving as "disappointing".
Four people will face charges after police conducted random and targeted roadside tests throughout Canberra.

A very special young person passed away last week and a rugby league club is heartbroken.
That angel is Bella, a young Canberra Raiders supporter.
