Multiple cars were vandalised with graffiti as part of a crime spree in Canberra's north over the weekend.

ACT police responded to reports of more than 10 cars being vandalised in Belconnen early on Sunday morning.

Vandalism was reported in suburbs including Flynn and Latham between 1.30am and 6am on Sunday.
Multiple posts on social media showed the extent of the damage, with the same graffiti tag being sprayed down the side and front of cars.
Police have appealed for people whose cars have been vandalised to report the incident.
