A police car was rammed by a suspected stolen car before the driver ran a red light and collided with three other vehicles on Ginninderra Drive on Tuesday, police say.

The crash happened at the intersection of Ginninderra Drive and Aikman Drive in Belconnen about 4.15pm.
An ACT Policing Traffic Operations car was rammed during the short pursuit, police said.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
The male driver returned a positive reading in a roadside drug test and was taken into custody.
ACT Policing's Collision Investigation Reconstruction Team is investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have CCTV or dash-cam footage to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
