A 25-year-old Isabella Plains man has been charged following the discovery of a 30/30 lever action rifle, an air rifle, an extendable baton, cannabis, and a small amount of powder believed to be methylamphetamine.

Police say the weapons and drugs were seized from an Isabella Plains residence on Wednesday morning by ACT Policing’s Drug and Organised Crime Team following after a search warrant was issued.
The man will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court at a later date.
The seizure comes on the final day of a joint illicit firearms campaign launched by ACT Policing, the ACT Government, and Crime Stoppers ACT.
