Three north Canberra men have been bailed after allegedly assaulting a Civic shop manager in the early hours of Saturday.

But a magistrate has ordered Emir Ajetovic, Aldin Kahric and Ermin Mehic to stay out of the city's centre after dark.
The trio made a brief appearance in the ACT Magistrates Court yesterday charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm
Bail was not opposed and Magistrate Grant Lalor agreed to release the men provided they stay out of the CBD from 6pm to 7am except when reporting to police weekly.
Police allege the three men attacked a manager at the Quick and Go convenience store on the corner of Northbourne Avenue and Alinga streets at about 1.50am on Saturday. They were arrested on City Walk a short time later.
Ajetovic, 21, Kahric and Mehic, both 24, all work for the same construction company.
The older two live in Aranda, while Ajetovic lives in Kaleen.
The men have signed a bail undertaking and must not assault, threaten, intimidate or harass their alleged victim.
They each agreed to forfeit $1000 if they breached the conditions of their bail.
The prosecution has elected for the matters to be resolved in the Magistrates Court jurisdiction.
The three men entered no pleas, and are due back in court in October.
