After calling himself the Royal Wedding Grinch, 92.9FM’s Ross "Hot Ross" Wallman took to Facebook earlier today to vent his frustration about tonight's Royal Wedding.
"I'm feeling a bit left out of all the royal wedding fever going around the office... if I get 300+ likes on this status, I will walk around Subi in the wedding dress... I think I'm safe," the afternoon’s presenter posted.
It took just 40 minutes for more than 390 people to comment, which resulted in the former Cleo Bachelor of the Year finalist and red faced announcer donning a white gown and copping wolf whistles from passers-by.
Wallman is planning to take up an offer he received from a group of construction workers to watch the ceremony at a local pub.
He was asked to leave the dress at home.
Over in TV land, Channel 9 news reporter Louise Momber is busy putting together tonight's news bulletin in full princess regalia.
"My Nine News Perth colleagues have made me a tiara out of paper and tinsel - to wear while I produce the news #royalweddingfever," she tweeted this afternoon.
WAtoday will be covering the entire royal wedding with live streaming, live blogs and photo galleries of the guests, royals and crowds.
