They will be sleeping in breezy Hangar 47 at the Fairbairn RAAF base, where the airport says temperatures regularly fall to below freezing and "aircraft noise will be a constant reminder of the harsh realities of sleeping rough".
This year's event on June 20 hopes to raise $700,000 just in the ACT to help fund services for the homeless.
Last year's sleepout was at the National Museum.
